The gold MegaChess plaster set comes with a 24" king and all the rest of the 16 pieces* to form one side of a chess game.

This faux finish gives plaster the look of pure gold. As you can see from the pictures, our artisans have perfected a finish that looks like solid gold much more than what you get out of a spray can. The complete set made out of solid gold would cost about a quarter million dollars, and the king would be playable with a refrigerator dolly . Tell the neighbors you cashed in all your food stamps!

Each piece comes complete with a rubber base pad for play that will not scratch a chessboard.

These MegaChess pieces are finished to be water resistant with the best polyurethane varnish in the world (WoodKote's Flagship UV), but unlike many MegaChess sets, they are not waterproof.
