RolaBoard is a chessboard of rugged black & white polypropylene plastic tiles that simply click together. With room to pivot, the tiles can be rolled out quickly or stored easily.

With 26-inch squares, the entire board is 17'4" x 17'4" (208" x 208"), and 5/8 inches thick.

A popular RolaBoard technique (as shown at right) is to un-click along a seam of two squares, producing four chessboards strips roughly 4-ft by 17-ft. Then roll that into a cylinder 4-ft long. At 50 lbs for each RolaBoard section, two kids can carry it.
